These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Secreture Furniture website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.

2. Eligibility to use our services

  • You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information when ordering.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Orders & contract formation

  • An order is an offer to buy. We accept the order once you receive an order confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock errors.

  • If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices include VAT where applicable (EU).

  • Payment must be completed before shipping.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

  • We may update prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Shipping & delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carriers, customs, or force majeure are outside our control.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the parcel is delivered by the carrier.

  • We always provide a tracking link for transparency.

6. Returns & refunds

  • Please refer to our detailed Return Policy for conditions.

  • Returns must be registered within 14 days of delivery.

  • Opened items may only be returned if complete, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection.

  • Custom-made or heavily used items are non-returnable.

7. Warranty

  • All products come with a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage from misuse, modification, or improper installation

    • Consumables such as batteries

  • If a defect arises, contact info@secreturefurniture.eu with photos and order details.

8. Intellectual property

  • All content on our website (text, images, logo, product names, designs) is the property of Secreture Furniture.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

9. Wholesale & business customers

  • Separate terms apply for wholesale orders. Contact info@secreturefurniture.eu with subject Wholesale.

  • B2B sales may exclude consumer rights such as right of withdrawal.

10. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secreture Furniture is not liable for:

    • Indirect or consequential damages

    • Loss of profit or data

    • Delays caused by third-party carriers

  • Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

11. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, supply chain interruptions, or governmental restrictions.

12. Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Netherlands.

  • Disputes shall be handled in the courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws state otherwise.

  • The latest version will always be available on this page.

  • Continued use of our site or services after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
