Who we are

Secreture Furniture is the official European supplier of hidden compartment furniture. We work with trusted European and global fulfillment partners to deliver safely and efficiently while keeping our quality standards high.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within one to two business days.

Orders are not packed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times

Estimated transit times start once your order has been dispatched. Times can vary by destination and local courier performance.

Europe including EU and EEA: 5 to 12 business days

United Kingdom: 5 to 12 business days

United States and Canada: 7 to 15 business days

Other international destinations: 10 to 25 business days

Remote regions can take a little longer

Please note that customs inspections and local courier issues can occasionally add extra days. This is rare but outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and service.

From time to time we run free shipping promotions. When active this will be clearly shown at checkout.

Tracking and updates

As soon as your order leaves our facility you will get an email with a tracking link.

You can expect the following statuses: Processing, Awaiting Carrier Pickup, In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will check directly with the carrier.

Discreet packaging

For your security we ship in neutral packaging without visible references to hidden compartments. Product names on documents and labels are kept generic.

Customs duties and taxes

Inside the European Union: VAT is included at checkout and no additional duties apply.

Outside the European Union: local duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier or customs agency.

Delivery issues

Delays

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimate, we will assist you with the carrier and keep you updated until delivery.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for seven business days beyond the estimate, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Carrier investigations usually take five to ten business days. If the parcel is confirmed lost we will reship at our cost or refund you.

Damaged on arrival

1. If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the outer box, the shipping label, the inner packaging, and the item.

2. Keep all packaging materials.

3. Email info@secreturefurniture.eu within forty eight hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will help you file the claim and arrange a replacement or refund based on the carrier outcome.

Failed delivery or incorrect address

If delivery fails due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if the parcel is refused, it will return to the sender. We can resend to a corrected address once it arrives back. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Order changes and cancellations

You can cancel or edit your order within twenty four hours of purchase by emailing info@secreturefurniture.eu.

After dispatch we cannot stop the parcel. You can still request a return according to our Returns Policy once delivered.

Batteries and electronic components

Where applicable, electronic components such as NFC locks are shipped in compliance with carrier regulations. Documentation is included in the parcel.

Insurance

All shipments include standard carrier insurance. For high value orders we may add extra coverage at no cost to you.

Pre orders and back orders

If a product is offered as a pre order, the estimated dispatch window will be shown on the product page and in your confirmation email. We will keep you updated until dispatch.

Wholesale and bulk orders

We supply stores, interior studios, and security professionals.

Dedicated lead times and pallet shipping are available.

EU businesses with a valid VAT number can request VAT reverse charge billing.
