Refund policy
We keep our policy clear and fair so you feel confident ordering from the official European supplier of hidden compartment furniture. This page explains exactly when you can return, how to prepare a return, and when you receive your refund. If anything is unclear, email info@secreturefurniture.eu and we will help you fast.
1. Your right to return

You can register a return within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

After registering, send the parcel back within the next 14 days.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.
We refund the item price and the standard outbound shipping fee where required by EU law. Paid upgrades for express shipping are not refundable.
2. Conditions for a valid return
We accept returns that arrive clean, complete and carefully packed. We inspect and refurbish each returned product so it can safely go to a new customer. If the item arrives in a condition that reduces its value, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the loss in value as allowed by EU consumer law.

B. Opened boxes
Opened is allowed, but the item must be returned as new.

Result
Full refund if condition is as new.
If there is minor wear or missing packaging, we deduct an amount that reflects the loss in value.
C. Installed or used items
If the item has been installed or used beyond normal inspection, the return may be refused or a significant deduction may apply. Examples

Result
We assess case by case. If the item cannot be sold as new, a deduction for loss in value will apply or the return may be refused.
D. Electronic components and locks

NFC smart locks must be complete with all accessories and packaging.

If there is a defect, this is handled under warranty rather than change-of-mind return. We will repair or replace.
E. Free gifts and bundles
Free gifts must be returned with the main product. If a gift is not returned, we deduct the retail value of the gift from the refund.

This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty.
4. How to start a return

Clear photos of the item, inner packaging and outer box

We will reply with your RMA number and the return address.

Pack the product carefully in the original packaging with all parts.

Use tracked and insured shipping. Keep the receipt and tracking link.

Email the tracking link to us so we can monitor the parcel.
Tip: place the RMA number inside the box and on the label to speed up processing.
5. Refund timing

Once delivered to our facility, inspection usually takes two to five business days.

After approval we issue the refund immediately. Your bank or payment provider may take a few business days to complete the transfer.
6. Damaged or incorrect items on arrival
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we will make it right.

Attach photos of the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging and the item

Keep all packaging until the case is resolved
We will arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference.
7. Lost parcels and delivery problems
If tracking stops moving for several days or the parcel is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund you.

9. Wholesale and business customers
For wholesale or bulk orders we apply tailored return terms. Contact info@secreturefurniture.eu with subject Wholesale for details. EU VAT registered businesses can request VAT reverse charge where applicable.
10. Quality promise
Every returned item is inspected and carefully re packed. Only products that meet our strict quality standards are returned to stock for a new customer. Items that are damaged or incomplete are repaired, refurbished or recycled. This protects our quality and your confidence in Secreture as the official European supplier of hidden compartment furniture.
